Below are some simple guidelines that will ensure your safety and help to keep your SENCO tools in proper working condition.
Daily Tool Maintenance
  • Follow lubrication guidelines.
  • Keep the feed mechanism clean.
  • Use your compressor to clean the tool’s magazine.
  • Keep the safety clean.
  • Tighten loose screws.
  • Maintain appropriate air pressure.
  • Use only clean, dry, regulated air for tool operation.
Safety Reminders
  • Read and understand tool labels and manual. Failure to follow warnings will result in death or serious injury.
  • Operators and others in work area must wear safety glasses with side shields.
  • Keep fingers away from trigger when not driving fasteners to avoid accidental firing.
  • Triggering systems are important. Check manual for triggering options.
  • Never point tool at anyone.
  • Never use oxygen or other bottled gasses. Explosion will occur.
