NEW HARDENED FINISH NAIL LINE FROM SENCO BRINGS
THE EASE OF PNEUMATICS TO WOOD-TO-STEEL FINISH WORK
Now Trim Work in Steel Stud Construction
Can Be Completed Faster and Easier
CINCINNATI, OH SENCO Products, Inc. has introduced a new line of Hardened Collated Finish Nails that make it fast and easy to complete trim jobs in steel stud construction. SENCOs unique process increases strength in the new nails, causing them to resist buckling. The nails are also galvanized to resist the corrosion of steel-to-steel contact. Now builders and remodelers can use pneumatic tools to make wood-to-steel trim jobs a snap to complete.
These new hardened nails allow professionals to throw away their messy glues and time-consuming screws and use the finish nailer already in their tool boxes to make their jobs easier, SENCO Product manager Charlie Lytle said. As steel studs are increasingly being used in residential housing, we feel there is a real need for this advancement.
Whats more, youll never have to worry about accidentally hitting a metal corner bead when installing molding near drywall corners again, he said.
The 1-1/2" and 1-3/4" 15-gauge galvanized finish nails are capable of affixing double layers into 14-gauge steel and triple layers into 18-gauge steel.
Since 1951, Cincinnati, Ohio-based SENCO has been one of the worlds leading manufacturers of air-powered nailers, staplers and the fasteners they drive. SENCO tools are used in a variety of industries, including home construction and remodeling, cabinet and furniture assembly, manufactured housing, and industrial packaging.
