2006 Senco Products, Inc. Sweepstakes.

Please read carefully.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.  SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE AT THE TIME OF ENTRY WHO ARE PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTORS, SUB CONTRACTORS AND REMODELERS. EMPLOYEES OF SPONSOR AND THEIR IMMEDIATE FAMILY AND HOUSEHOLD MEMBERS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIVISIONS, DEALERSHIPS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES AND ALL OTHER ENTITIES OR INDIVIDUALS ASSOCIATED WITH THE DEVELOPMENT, ADMINISTRATION, OR FULFILLMENT OF THIS PROMOTION ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO ENTER. SWEEPSTAKES IS SPONSORED BY Senco Products, Inc. ("Sponsor").

1. SWEEPSTAKES TERM: Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. ET on March 31, 2006 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on March 15, 2007. 

2. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on March 31, 2006 at 12:01 a.m. ET, fill out an entry form with the required information by logging on to www.senco.com, click on the "SENCO® Sweepstakes" promotion and fill in the requested information.

Two drawings will be held: the first on or about October 15, 2006 ("October Drawing") and the second on or about March 30, 2007 ("March Drawing").  For the October Drawing, entry must be received by Sponsor's server no later than 12:00 p.m. ET on October 14, 2006. For the March Drawing, entry must be received by Sponsor's server by 12:00 p.m. ET on March 15, 2006.  Entries received in time will be included in both drawings, except that the winner of the October Drawing is not eligible to win the March Drawing.  Entries that are late, incomplete, misdirected or incompletely received, including by reason of technical malfunction, congestion or incompatibility, will not be eligible. Proof of submitting an entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt of an entry by Sponsor.  Entrants will be placed on a mailing list to receive information from SENCO via mail and/or email, unless the opt-out is selected on the website registration page. 

Limit one (1) entry per person (regardless of whether a person has more than one e-mail address) and per e-mail address (regardless of whether more than one person uses the same email address). If more than one (1) entry is received per person or e-mail address, only the first entry will be accepted. All entries become the property of Sponsor and none will be returned.  In the event of a dispute about the identity of an entrant, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. Entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account, which may be identified by reverse domain name search.

3.  PRIZES: Two (2) Grand Prize Winners will be selected at random, one at the October Drawing and one at the March Drawing.  Winners will be notified by mail and/or by e-mail in Sponsor's sole discretion. Grand Prize Winners will receive SENCO products, including tools, fasteners and/or selected compressor and/or accessories up to an approximate retail value of $1,000.00 USD per Grand Prize Winner.

All federal, state and local taxes, fees and surcharges will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning either Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for that drawing. No substitution or transfer of prizes or cash equivalent is permitted, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize is unavailable. Unless prohibited by law, all winners will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release.  Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to deliver the notification information to the winner.  If a winner is ineligible, fails to respond in a timely manner, fails to return the required paperwork, or fails to claim the applicable prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected using the process described above at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for the inability of a winner to accept a prize for any reason.  Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use, without further compensation, for advertising/publicity purposes worldwide, winner's name, address, photo, likeness, voice, biographical information, and statements, including but not limited to, on www.senco.com and in various SENCO marketing communications and press releases.

4. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By entering, entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliate companies, parent companies, suppliers, promotional and advertising companies, and all directors, officers, employees, shareholders, representatives and agents of each of them, from any liability, and waives all causes of action relating to any and all injuries, costs, damages, claims and losses of any kind, including (without limitation) any claims for consequential and incidental damages, attorney's fees, and/or lost revenue, income or profits arising out of (a) participation in the Sweepstakes; (b) the acceptance, delivery, possession, use, misuse and/or enjoyment of the prize(s), including any and all injuries, costs, damages, claims and losses of any kind, relating to death, personal injury or damage to property; and (c) altered, late, lost, damaged, destroyed, inaccurate, defaced, misdirected, mutilated, illegible, stolen, delayed, garbled, misrouted, incomplete entries or human, telephone, computer, online or technical malfunctions (including busy lines and disconnections).

Sponsor is not responsible for typographical, printing or other errors in the offer or administration of this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Official Rules, the selection, notification and announcement of the winner or the distribution of the prizes, nor is Sponsor responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft of or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems, failures or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, hardware/software, players or browsers, failure of email or entrants due to or resulting from technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Sweepstakes

If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including due to: (a) computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes; or (b) earthquake, flood, fire, storm or other natural disaster, act of God, labor controversy or threat thereof, civil disturbance or commotion, disruption of the public markets, war or armed conflict (whether or not officially declared) the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes without obligation or prior notice and in such event to determine the winner via random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation, termination or suspension.

5. CONDUCT: Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to otherwise be acting in violation of the Official Rules.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify an entrant whose eligibility is in question or who has been disqualified or is otherwise ineligible to enter. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY ALTER OR DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

6.  Governing Law: The laws of the State of Ohio shall govern the interpretation of these Official Rules. Any and all disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in the State of Ohio exclusively, and subject to the laws of the State of Ohio. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of Ohio and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of Ohio.

7. RULES/WINNERS LIST:  Official Rules and a winners list will be posted at www.senco.com or may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: SENCO Sweepstakes, 8485 Broadwell Rd., Cincinnati, OH  45244.   Winners list available after April 10, 2007.  All requests must be received by March 15, 2007.  Limit one (1) request per outer envelope.
