Kyocera Senco Industrial tools, Inc. (“SENCO”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your desire for privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect about you, whether on our website, SENCO.com, mobile application, or elsewhere (collectively, the “Site”). It also explains why we collect the information, as well as how we collect and use the information.
This Privacy Policy is intended for individuals in the United States. Emails and Texts. You can unsubscribe from marketing-related emails by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of any message. SENCO may still send you transactional and administrative emails about the Site, important product information such as recall notices or related to your warranty. To stop receiving text/SMS messages from us, reply “STOP” to any text message.
Cookies. Most browser settings allow you to delete cookies, or reject all or some cookies. If you delete or choose not to accept our cookies, however, you may miss out on certain features of the Site.
“Do Not Track” Settings. Your browser may contain tools to request that websites not track your online activities. Industry standards for this technology are evolving and we currently do not respond to or take any action with respect to the “do not track” settings in your Internet browser.

Right to Delete. California residents may request that we delete your Personal Information. Note that deletion requests are subject to certain limitations, for example, we may keep Personal Information as required or permitted by law, or to process transactions and facilitate customer and service requests.
Right to Opt-Out. We do not sell the Personal Information of California residents.

Third Party Content. The Site may link to other websites and online services. Such links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over such third parties and if you decide to access any third-party link, you do so subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policy that provider.
Social Media Features and Widgets. The Site includes social media features, such as the Facebook “Like” button, and widgets such as a “share this” button. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on the Site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our online Services. Your interactions with these features and widgets are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing them.
Minors. The Site is not directed toward minors under age 16. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected Personal Information from a person under 16, we will delete that information immediately.
