U.S. Manufacturing

When you choose SENCO, you’re not only getting the highest quality nails and staples — you’re also supporting American manufacturing. Many of our fasteners are made at our 500,000-square-foot facility in Cincinnati, Ohio.

SUPERIOR STEEL QUALITY

At SENCO, we pride ourselves on using the best steel in the industry. Since the entire manufacturing process starts with steel rod, we start with the best quality to end with the best quality. Shipped on large spools, the steel is drawn down to exact gauges and fed into machinery to be shaped and collated.

PRECISION FORMING DIES

Using precision forming dies we make in-house, the US-manufactured steel rod is carefully drawn down into finished wire. This wire then supplies the remaining manufacturing process, during which the wire is pressed into SENCO nails and staples.

CLEAN WIRE PROCESS

Our clean wire process is used to produce both nails and staples. This process, while it may seem simple, is a carefully and well-orchestrated engineering process to ensure that the finished product has superior collation and satisfies SENCO quality standards.
