NO MORE SPITTING OIL - SENCO LAUNCHES NEW PIN NAILERS WITH NEVERLUBE® TECHNOLOGY

New 21- and 23-Gauge Nailers Are Practically Maintenance-Free

Cincinnati, OH (November 1, 2021) – KYOCERA SENCO Industrial Tools (SENCO®) announced today its popular pneumatic pin nailers have been updated with the company’s proprietary NeverLube® oil-free technology, eliminating the need for daily lubrication.

SENCO’s new 21- and 23-gauge pinners will never spit oil onto the work surface, a common problem with traditional oiled nailers. NeverLube® technology combines components made from a proprietary graphite composite that acts as a dry lubricant with a self-lubricating O-ring that won’t dry out and degrade like standard rubber or plastic seals. Unlike traditional oil-free nailers, which are packed with grease during manufacturing, SENCO’s new pin nailers don’t need to be periodically regreased.

“These nailers feature the same durable construction, ergonomic design and unrivaled performance as the pinners carpenters and woodworkers have relied on for more than a decade,” said Eric Bellman, senior product manager at SENCO. “The addition of NeverLube® oil-free technology simply eliminates the need for daily tool maintenance, allowing users to get to work faster. There is no risk of ruining the workpiece with oil stains or causing damage to the tool by over- or under-oiling.”

SENCO’s new pin nailer line includes three new tools:

  • TN11G1 – This 23-gauge nailer fires ½” to 1-⅜” headless micro pins. It replaces the SENCO FinishPro 23SXP.
  • TN11L1 – This 23-gauge nailer fires ½” to 2” headless micro pins. It replaces the SENCO FinishPro 23LXP.
  • TN21L1 – This 21-gauge nailer fires ⅝” to 2” slight-head pins. It replaces the SENCO FinishPro 21LXP.

The new tools include all of the features that made their predecessors a favorite of finish carpenters, cabinet makers, woodworkers and more, such as:

  • Ergonomic, angled “pistol grip” handle for comfort and maneuverability
  • Dual trigger to prevent accidental firing
  • Ultra-narrow nosepiece for tight corners and hard-to-reach areas
  • Self-adjusting magazine that automatically conforms to different fastener lengths
  • Last nail lockout and low load indicator to prevent dry firing
  • Reversible belt hook

The manufacturer’s suggested retail prices are $215 for the TN11G1; $305 for the TN11L1; and $329 for the TN21L1. Each nailer comes with a durable plastic carrying case, a ¼” swivel air hose fitting, and a five-year warranty. For more information or to find a dealer near you, visit www.senco.com.
