To project a quality image to the customer (the ultimate evaluator) through professional, reliable, efficient, and consistent service. Acts as a conduit between the company and the customer assisting the customer in solving problems related to customer satisfaction.  Responsible for prompt and efficient processing of customer inquiries and transactions to assure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • High degree of tact, diplomacy, and orientation towards customer satisfaction.
  • High school graduate.
  • Bilingual language skills are a plus.

Basic Requirements/Skills:

  • Familiarity with international business culture.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Provide accurate and timely information including required supporting documentation.
  • Working knowledge of the SENCO organization.

Responsibilities

  • Process oral and written orders ensuring all the required data is completed on the order for processing and the completion of the invoice process.
  • Interface with other departments as required managing customer relationships; Communicating results to all internal and external customers and suppliers as required.
  • Maintain reference material and pertinent information relating to products, pricing, policy, warranty, etc for effective customer query resolution
