CINCINNATI, OH (May 29, 2020) – SENCO’s updated line of innovative quick-on, quick-off attachments instantly transform power screwdrivers into advanced auto-feed screw systems.
The new DS230 Series attachments, which fit select DeWalt, Makita and SENCO screwdrivers, allow contractors to realize all of the advantages of SENCO’s industry-leading auto-feed screw systems without having to replace or modify their current tools.
“Drywall installers and other construction professionals have told us what they value in auto-feed screwdrivers: fast feeding, precise placement, and the ability to work in tight spaces,” says Mike Desmond, director of screw systems and automation at Kyocera SENCO. “Contractors also tend to be loyal to their tool brands. The DS230 auto-feed attachments leverage our latest engineering advancements to deliver the ultimate time and labor savings to a range of standard screwdriver users.”
Unique features of the SENCO DS230 line include:
* a compact, lightweight (1.3 lb.) feed system for indexing screws
* SENCO’s patented corner fit system which allows the placement of screws in tight spaces unreachable by other auto-feed screw drivers
* “feed on return” functionality for faster, more reliable, and more precise screw placement
* a new versatile nosepiece design with unmatched line of site and toe-nail capability
* precise depth of drive adjustment with lock
