Senco® 1½” GT40CP Tackles Tough Concrete and Steel Fastening Jobs

SENCO

CINCINNATI (February 1, 2012) – Senco, the leader in professional power fastening
technology, is introducing the GT40CP gas-powered concrete fastening system to
its product line-up.

Powered by a Senco 34g fuel cell and 6V Ni-MH battery that fires more than 3,000
shots per charge, the GT40CP gives commercial construction pros the freedom to
navigate jobsites unrestricted by a hose and compressor.

With 20,000 volts of ignition power, the GT40CP is safer and 5 times faster than a
powder-actuated tool and requires no training or licensing to operate.

The tool delivers 65 foot pounds of energy to consistently drive concrete and steel
collated pins ½” to 1½” long into concrete, concrete block, and steel to secure
drywall track, furring strips, hat channel and ceiling grid in temperatures ranging
from 20F and 120F.

Other features include a two-step nail feeder for quick and easy loading, a narrow
nose to shoot hat channel and maneuver in tight spaces, a tool-free adjustable
depth of drive, and a tool-free removable nosepiece and magazine for easy change
out and jam clearing.

The GT40CP is backed by a two-year warranty and comes with two 6V Ni-MH
batteries, a two hour battery charger, a belt hook, service tools and a rugged
plastic carrying case. It can be used with Senco 34g fuel cells or other compatible
fuel.

The GT40CP is available now from Senco professional tool distributors nationwide.
